Valentines Ball (Bollywood Style)
Wow what a night. We were graciously invited along to photograph guests at the Valentines Ball (Bollywood Style) at the Mayfair Hotel, Stratton Street in London on the evening of 19th February. The Ball was organised by Shine Verdi and was a huge success and most enjoyable for all 130 guests.

“Pellier Noir” style, a unique approach to Event Photography - presented by Paul Rogers
Take a look at how everyone else is doing it and then do exactly the opposite. Perhaps some would argue a rather risky approach but nevertheless that is also exactly what Paul Rogers has done!
In Paul’s own words, “Pellier Noir” is the ultimate in High Class Executive Social Event Photography. In 2007 Pellier Event Photography created the Pellier Noir style which is now widely revered throughout the Event Photography world.
Paul has photographed some of the most glamorous and top Charity Balls and Gala Dinners in the UK. Venues include Manchester United, Hilton Park Lane, The Dorchester, The Waldorf Hotel, The Grosvenor House and many more.
Paul has broken away from the bonds of traditional high key “Venture” type Event Photography and has given us something new and unique to think about.

Valentines Ball at Sheraton Hotel, London
The five Star Hotel the Sheraton Park Lane was the venue for a lavish Valentine’s Ball run by H-Vibe on 14th February. Over 350 attended and were treated to top class entertainment and food. Thank you to “H” for inviting us along to photograph the guests at what was a very special evening.

A Charity Valentines Ball was held at the Leverhulme Hotel in Port Sunlight Liverpool on 13th February. The event was attended by Rafa Benitez and his lovely wife. Congratulation to Helen Latham, and the team, for such a great evening. And thank you for inviting us along to photograph your guests.

Since our first Event Photography assignment Pellier Photogtraphy have used Mitsubishi printers. Our first was the A4 CP3020DAE dye sub printer. As bookings increased with demand the 3020 was joined by a CP9550DW 9×6 printer, which was closely followed by 2 more printers, the CP9800DW’s
With our distinctive style we have needed printers that can provide us, not only with, rich deep dark blacks but also rich vibrant colours which are associated with low key photography. For us this clearly meant choosing the 9800’s which would not only produce the quality of image we required, but also robustness of the carriage, and importantly speed of print at large social events of on occasions over 2000 guests. this is what the 9800’s give us, and we are now looking forward to being associated with the newCP 9810DW’s.
Warwickshire Farmers Ball 2010
The 98th annual Warwickshire Farmers Ball was held last night at the Holiday Inn Stratford Upon Avon and was attended by 460 people.
